Mechanical Failure

一:The single or three axes of the machine do not move or move abnormally.

1. The parameter setting of the control software is wrong, or the signal line of the control board is in poor contact. For the parameter questions, do as the Tekai introduction show or contact with Tekai cnc machine engineer.

2. The signal wire and motor wire between the driver and the motor are in poor contact.

3. The drive or motor of the corresponding drive shaft is faulty. If the motor and driver is step motor and driver. Basically, it can be judged that the motor or drive is broken. 4. The control software is invaded by virus.

三:Diagonal error

1. Loosen the fixing screw of the Y-axis slider, adjust the driver to make the motors on both sides of the Y-axis rotate in the same direction, and then use the software to move the Y-axis forward or backward by 1/2 error distance, then tighten the screw, the driver and the Just restore the settings.

四:The Spindle is faulty

1. The inverter parameter setting is wrong or the enable signal line is in poor contact.

2. The spindle motor wire is damaged or there is a problem with the welding at the connection.

3. The parameter setting of the control software is wrong.

五:After processing, it does not match the design path effect

1. The processing file or design path is set incorrectly.

4. The tool of the spindle is severely worn or the tool specification is used incorrectly.

5. The screws at the fixed places such as the sliders of each axis are loose.

7. Poor contact between the signal line and the motor line between the driver and the motor leads to missing steps.

8. The tool of the spindle is not fastened.

六:The engraving machine is misplaced or the size is wrong when engraving.

1. The processing file or design path is set incorrectly.

2. Check the clearance of the lead screw and whether the tightening screw of the lead screw is loose.

3. The software pulse parameter setting is wrong.

七:The single-axis or multi-axis of the machine cannot return to the machine origin normally.

八:Automatic tool change failure

1. The air pump pressure is less than 0.5mpa, or there is air leakage at the tracheal connection.

2. The tool handle is installed incorrectly, and the tool handle and the tool card are installed in the wrong place.

3. The coordinate position of the tool holder in the software is set incorrectly.

九:Vacuum adsorption failure

1. The vacuum valve is not opened, resulting in no adsorption force on the table.

2. The motor of the vacuum pump is reversed, resulting in no adsorption force on the table, and the two motor wires can be changed arbitrarily.

3. The water level of the vacuum pump is insufficient, resulting in the failure of the vacuum pump and the lack of adsorption force.

十:Dust removal failure

1. The motor of the vacuum cleaner is reversed, resulting in no adsorption force, and the two motor wires can be arbitrarily replaced.

2. The vacuum pipe is damaged or not fixed tightly with the vacuum.
